Q-SAN is a Spray On Leave On Sanitizer Concentrate formulated for the daily use as an end-of-shift & general purpose leave-on-sanitizer for use within all food service industry groups.
Surfaces to be sanitized must be cleaned and rinsed thoroughly before applying Q-SAN. Once surface is clean & rinsed apply Q-SAN at rate of 5 ml per litre (which is 1:200) of water via mister or trigger spray. After 5 minutes of contact time between Q-SAN and the surface the surface will then be considered as being sanitised and no further surface preparation is generally required.
It is standard practice to surfaces treated with diluted Q-SAN air dry over night before using again.
Hard, non-porous food contact surfaces, such as equipment and utensils, may be used following sanitation without a potable water rinse provided that Q-SAN is used strictly according to directions, and the surfaces are drained and dry prior to any food contact.
Once Q-SAN has been diluted to make a “ready-to-use” and the desired quantity used, the remaining solution must be discarded to the drain as solutions burn up rapidly and become ineffective when left to stand.

Q-SAN is non-hazardous according to NOHSC criteria.
Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes. Do not drink.
